R+S GROUP AG AT TRADE FAIR FOR SKILLED WORKERS IN LÜBECK

At the first trade fair for skilled workers at the LN-Medienhaus in Lübeck on Saturday, 15 June 2019, R+S Group AG presented career opportunities within the group of companies to interested parties.
Whether building services engineering, energy and control engineering or electrical engineering in shipbuilding – the advisers at the stand were very pleased with the great response: “The trade fair is small, but perfect! This makes it easier to talk to visitors. Due to the regional nature of the event, many interested visitors come from the immediate vicinity. In addition to potential apprentices, we also had a number of specialists, including electrical engineers, at the stand that were enthusiastic about the group of companies,” explains Christina Dumann, branch manager of RÜBSAM Fachkräfte in Lübeck.
Subsidies for company pension schemes, training in the internal training centre, unlimited employment contracts and skills development make the training just as attractive as, for example, e-bike leasing, which was also being showcased on the stand.
