FROM APPRENTICES FOR THE APPRENTICES OF TOMORROW: R+S GROUP AG AT THE EDUCATION FAIR 2019

R+S Group AG came up with something special at the Education Fair 2019, which took place on 16 and 17 June in the Esperantohalle Fulda: apprentices were comprehensively trained in order to be able to address interested young people and their parents on an equal footing. Which interests make sense in which profession? What does every day working life look like? What further training opportunities are available?
“In a transparent and realistic way, we want to take away fears of getting into something new and show what career opportunities exist in our group of companies. At the fair the young people can find out what they particularly like by taking part in activities, for example, at the switch cabinet or some electronics modelling,” explains Edgar Mihm from the training department. Of course, the trainers are also available to answer any detailed questions.
