The R+S Group Academy currently offers more than 250 seminars, ranging from specialist qualifications in the individual fields of activity and special training courses for managers to IT and language courses. In addition, individual seminars planned and run with suppliers ensure excellent advanced technical training for our specialists

A BIT LIKE SCHOOL, ONLY MORE MODERN.

Targeted education across an area of 1,050 square metres! Our seminar rooms are equipped with the latest technology and offer participants a very pleasant, inspiring atmosphere.

A large lounge area offers course participants the opportunity to exchange ideas and get to know each other outside the seminars. Spacious and comfortably furnished overnight rooms are available for workshop visitors from other branches.

MORE TRAINING FOR APPRENTICES

Our trainees receive bespoke training and education in the academy, which prepares them specifically for their future tasks. For example, prospective businesspeople need telephone training, while the industrial trainees need induction in using tools. Such workshops start with us at the beginning of the apprenticeship and round off our goal-oriented programme.

In addition, the R+S Group maintains practice-oriented training facilities at all locations. Due to close cooperation with suppliers, prestigious manufacturers send speakers to technical workshops held at our premises. In this way our trainees get to learn on the very piece of equipment that they will subsequently install on site.
